Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Black Cardamom-1
Fenugreek seeds -1/4 tsp
Cinnamon stick -1 inch
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1.5 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -4 tbsp
