I came across this vlog (not sure how) The host missed one institution that has helped non-IT graduates as well as Engineers who did their engineering other than Comp Science has helped ( and I think still helping ) graduates to give entry into IT. The name of that institution is Center For Development of Advance Computing (CDA-C). I did my engineering in ET in 1995 and I, too faced challenges when switching into IT. Fortunately I came across CDAC. It is not a “joke” to get into CDAC Pune or CDCA Bandra. ( these two centers in Maharashtra are the best. There was another institution in Vile Parle called National Center for Software Technology or NCST, but I think it is now merged with CDAC) Fast forward, in 2010, did my MBA in quantitative finance from NYU Stern in New York and switched from IT to investment ( private Equity ) So things are possible as long as the persons is capable.

But now i dont want to waste much time in this so now doing mba from imed pune in 1st year now... But after learning Excel, Mysql from my brother i m interested in IT field..... I have completed my engineering in dec 2020 in mech Eng. 2021 i m selected in infosys as system engineer but i m not joined, Bcz i m think to prepare for gov exam ...now i m pissed off .....right now i feel very depressed ...i couldn't perform well in gov exam so its quite difficult for me
