Chattisgarh high court case. the Division Bench of Goutam Bhandari** and Radhakishan Agrawal*, JJ., opined that in the present case, no doubt that both the spouses were capable to look after the child, but it appeared that respondent-mother had aggressive nature. Therefore, considering the child’s ordinary contentment, health, education, intellectual development and favourable surroundings but over and above physical comforts, moral and ethical values, the Court opined that it would be proper and appropriate if father held the custody of the daughter.
Its better not to marry, if you get wife like this (as most of the girls are like this now a days) it will not only spoil your life but also your parents life. Its shame that women is working but still begging for more money. The husband seems very honest and genuine, he is just suffering one wrong decision in his life. The Custody should be given to him.

आदमी खर्च उठा रहा हो तो बच्चों से माँ मिले तो उसे दिक्कत नहीं होती, लेकिन माँ अपनी कमाई से बच्चे पाले तो उसे बच्चों से मिलाने भी तकलीफ होती है। ये कैसी gender equality है, mindset equal होना बहोत जरूरी है इस बदलते भारत के साथ। और nursing officer अपने आप मे 70 से 80000 की जॉब है , दूसरे किसी खर्चे की जरूरत ही नहीं है। ये 40000 बच्ची से मिलने के मांगे जा रहे हैं, सीधी सी बात है

There is no such mandatory scheme in BGTS. The child must stay in while ever home she was already staying. Her mother's divorces is no grounds for her to leave her own home & father. State topper, india topper, salary... should not matter. period.
