CHAVLI VANGA BATATA is one of the most tasty and popular veg recipe of aagri community. made with veggies which are easily available through out the year.
Ingredients-
black eye beans- 100 gms
tomato,onion,potato and eggplant- 1 each
coriender
garlic cloves- 7
ginger- 1/2 inch
salt
grind dry coconut
1/4 tsp cumin seeds, 1 bay leaf,1piece of cinamon, 2 cloves and 2 pepper corn
1/2 tsp turmeric ,2 tsp red chilli ,1/2 tsp cumin,garam masala and coriender powder.

method-
soak beans overnight . heat oil in a pan, put whole spices ,then add chopped onion, fry till brown, add crushed garlic and ginger. saute, add turmeric, red chilli, cumin,coriender and garam masala powder. mix. add soaked beans.add salt as per taste. Mix. add 1 glass hot water. cover with lid ,keepvwater on itand cook for 10 min on low flame. after 20 mins add cut potato and egg plant. mix, add water if required. cover with lid and cook again for 10 mins. then add tomato,dry coconut and chopped coriender. mix well add water again. covr and cook for more 5 mins. after 5 mins sabzi is ready. serve with dal rice or with rice bhakri.
For sukha khobra, take khobra, keep on direct flame. Roast till the outer surface becomes black. It will take just few seconds. Once khobra vati cools, cut into slice and grind it.
Grind khobra can use for weeks.
