𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐭:
* Water(पानी) - As Required
* Taro Root(अरबी) - 1/2 Kg
* Potato(आलू) - 2 Nos
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Carrot(गाजर) - 1 Nos
* Cauliflower(फूलगोभी) - Some
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - Some
* Ginger(अदरक) - Some
* Roasted Gram Flour(भुने चने का आटा) - 4 Tbsp
* Onion(प्याज़)
* Lemon(नींबू)
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚:
* Pomegranate Seeds(अनार के दाने) - 1 Tbsp
* Fennel Seeds Powder(सौंफ पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) - 1 Tsp
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚, In a bowl, add Pomegranate Seeds, Fennel Powderm Carom Seeds, Black Salt, Red Chili Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Dried Mango Powder, and Salt. Mix all well and keep aside.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐭, keep the pressure cooker on the flame, and add Water, Taro Root, Potato, and Salt. Cover the lid and give two whistles. Then release the pressure and peel the Arbi and Potato. Transfer to the plate, mash with the masher. Add grated Carrot, Couliflower, Green Chili, Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Masala, Roasted Gram Flour. Mix well, apply some Oil to the palm and make Cutlets and wrap with Semolina/Sooji. Heat the Oil and fry the Cutlets on medium flame until they turns golden and crispy. Finally, serve the Tasty Arbi Cutlet with Onion Lachha and Lemon.
