@chef Ranveer Brar - We tried this recipe today and it was just awesummmmmmm. Its in no way linked to the chila omelet we used to make earlier. The recipe was perfect. the only thing that did not work for us this time was the folding. it was breaking a little. Otherwise i guess it was as perfect as urs. Suggested additions: lower salt in the batter and add pink salt or regular sendha namak on top. the crunchiness of the salt goes very well with soft n fluffy omelet. Additionally, instead of Salt you can also use Pizza masala (Dominos pizza seasoning) on top - it gives a new dimension to the taste

Milk is not vegetarian. It comes *from* an animal, and is derived from the animal's blood. You can smell the "meat" in milk but we Indians have learned to ignore it. It's all right to call oneself vegetarian and yet consume milk, but we are just being hypocrites. 🙃

Truth is what it is, the whole truth. *If* a food product comes from an animal or ANY part of that animal's body (viscera or secretions), it canNOT be vegetarian. Calling it vegetarian would be a lie, both scientifically and philosophically. This is like saying the saliva, semen or liver secretion of an animal is vegetarian, simply because it is not the meat of that animal and does not have life. Makes very little sense, right? Half-truths are our fundamental need. Without them, we cannot exist and co-exist. Live and let live, as they say. Cheers.

Chef someday you should consider giving some insight into cooking schools and how one can consider this as a career. The schools which are good and what can one except from this career. It would be really nice. Lots of children like baking as they spending so much time at home. It would be really nice

I just watched this 5 year old Jaituni Lababdaar Chicken recipe of Ranveer sir, man what a transition. No offense, but back then he sounded very hammy and artificial, but now it all looks so mature and simple.

Thankyou so much chef for this wonderful recipe....I quit meat as well as egg 1.5 yr ago. I stopped eating meat out of compassion towards animals and egg as it is a menstrual waste. But I had always been a fan of omlettes 😂 Great to come across this eggless omlette recipe. ❤️
