Chef Kunal just saved my Diwali party! I have a friend who has a coriander allergy and I had lost my mind looking for recipes without coriander. You are a life saver Chef Kunal!!!!!!! Thank you so much.
You know you can just choose not to add coriander to something right? It hardly makes any difference... Literally any recipe can be a no coriander recipe if you just dont add it.
Can't believe this is zero oil biryani! It looks the same as dum biryani cooked in oil. Hats off Chef! Gonna try this real soon. Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

Yummy! But please don't demonise oil. Healthy cold pressed oils and ghee used without much heating are extremely nutritious and important for our health. I'll make this for sure but with added ghee and oil❤

Wow...or like you said “are way”! I said earlier that I am interested and curious to see how you make no oil - rather fat free - biriyani. Now I am convinced. Definitely going to make this and soon. Might as well make non veg biriyani also without adding any oil...fat from the chicken / mutton will be more than enough. Thank you thank you. 😍
Apart from taste and crunch that oil provides to food which can be sacrificed for the sake of health.. there is another major problem with zero oil cooking that it takes double the time and effort to make it look cooked.. you have to keep an eye so it doesn't stick to pan and keep sprinkling water bich bich me which is not reqd if oil is used.. you cannot leave the dry ingredients in your pan unattended even for 3 4 minutes. But zero oil or just slight oil cooking is the need of the hour and your video is commendable.
Ok chef now I have become your fan ,was looking for something like this since we have cut down on oily & fried food for health reasons . please share some more recipes like this👍🙏also I live in USA so easy recipes are welcomed.
Choice of utensils is a game changer in making 0 oil dishes.... That also comprises health because non stick cookware is not advisable for health..... And pure stainless steel utensils are best however will burn most of the food without oil....
Please make kushka recipe video. I have tried various method by watching many videos. Adding whole garam masala and coriander and mint. But it is impossible for me to recreate the same taste that we get in restaurant or Street vendor.
