I have been fasting for one year two meals a day 20 hours of fast. I am 74 kg from 126kg with alot of energy and health and obviously a dashing physique. Fasting is an ancient practice three or four meals a day spike your insulin levels thus gives you weight. Fasting creates autophagy and stems cells for repairing all damages inside body.

मै पिछले 8 महीने से one meal a day कर रहा हू जिसकी वजह से मै 85 KG से 63 KG पर आ गया हू.. मेरा look ही बदल गया.. मै बहोत sexy दिख रहा हू.. जब भी मै रस्ते पे चलता हू लोग मुझे देखते रहते है.. One meal a day सबको करना चाहिए. डॉक्टर की मत सुनो वो मना करेंगे क्युकी उनका धंदा बंद हो जाएगा..

एक बार बजन घटता है और डाईट नोर्मल होते ही दोगुनी स्पिड से बडता है मेने 30-30 मिनट एक्ससाईज शुरू की है चलती हू थकती हु तो कपाल भाति करती हू फिर चलती हूँ बजन बहुत कम घटा पर अब बडता भी नही है

कोरोना में मेरी माता जी के देहांत के बाद मुझे उनके क्रियाकर्म के लिए बैठना पड़ा था 13 दिन तक एक टाइम ही खाना खाने का नियम है जिसमे की नमक नही होता था , लेकिन चाय बिना दूध वाली चीनी के साथ लेता था ,फल खाता था, इससे मेरा वजन 10 kg घट गया था , लेकिन तब मैं घर पर ही एक जगह बैठा रहता था जिससे कमजोरी का एहसास नहीं हुआ और किसी तरह का साइड इफेक्ट्स भी पता नहीं चला , वैसे घर पर रहने वाले इस फॉलो कर सकते हैं, OMAD में नमक और नॉनवेज भी छोड़े 🙏

भोजन सूत्र - वाह . . . . वाह . . . . करते हुए जीने के लिए एक बार खाए योगी , दो बार खाए भोगी . बार - बार खाए रोगी रोटी को आधा करें , सब्जी को दूना । पानी को तिगुना करें . हँसना चौगुना । कम खाएं स्वास्थ्य पाएं , उम्र बढ़ाएं । ज्यादा खाएं , रोग पाएं , जल्दी जाएं । यदि हम ज्यादा खाते है तो उसके आधे से अपना पेटभरते है और आधे से डॉक्टर का अब मर्जी आपकी ! वाह . . . . वाह . . . . करते हुए जीना चाहते हैं या बाह . . . त्राह . . . करते हुए

Many organs need fat , protein , carbs and vitamins .. You will loose hairs , you will loose RBC , WBC, and even sexual harmones .. You might see liver or kidney failure or infection in intestine.. So get full meal ..don't listen to these new doctors .. If you want to lose wait go for swimming, cycling, jogging, gym etc ..

I think you should discuss this with multiple experts and do not conclude anything based on one expert's advice. Lots of other experts are suggesting that this is the most beneficial diet one can do and reap the unlimited benefits. The expert in this video did not speak about Autophasy which is the most important benefit of OMAD.

1 मिले ए डे यह सही तरीका है। आप अपने डाइटिशियन के पास जाए उनको बोलिए कि मुझे 1 मिल ड्डे डाइट लेना है डाइट लेना है वह आपको बोलेगा क्या-क्या आपको खाना है क्या-क्या प्रिकॉशन लेना है जो इंसुलिन आप बचाते हो वह आपके फैट को खा जाता है आपका मसाला वैसा ही रहता है दूसरी बात अगर आपको शुगर है तो वह भी ठीक हो जाती है आप डॉक्टर का सलाह लें और यह फास्टिंग चालू करें इसके रिजल्ट बहुत अच्छे हैं आप महीने में 4 केजी वेट कम कर सकते हैं

I have muscular dystrophy reason I am having food only once a day since 2017 . As my muscles are weak due to this disease I can't workout like normal people this the only effective way for me to minimize weight increase . I doing this since last 6yrs I managed to keep my weight to 77 to 78 without workout . Didn't know this method has a name 😂 O MAD ME

Omad objective is to lose weight and gain maximum mental and physical fitness of each and every organ including skin, hair, etc. No Indian youtuber will tell you but you need to consume at least 100 g of animal protein to achieve this. 🙏
