@@hafsaakram627 2 and 10 are the only one challenging. Rest all are easy. Make sure you consult your Doctor. You can start with 18 hrs fasting and later 16 hrs and then 12. Fixing your diet is utmost important.

please help me with the following questions as they didnt get answered : i am a 16 year old 5'9 boy who weighs 75kg,i wanna lose weight and i want to be leaner and stronger...i have been going to the gym since 3 months and have noted increase in strength but only 2 kg weight loss....i have a very bad diet as i eat fast food 4 days in a week.... i drink around 750ml milk daily,is it okay or not?and why?how much milk should i consume daily for it to be healthy? how much protein should i eat daily to build muscles and even get leaner? does eating soya regularly cause hormonal imbalance? how to get a jawline? how should i complete my protein goal while on a calorie deficit? and some tips to lose fat and gain muscles (good foods you would suggest)

@@yobcastle7859 The multiplier for maintenance calories after finding the BMR is one small step. But he's not incorrect. He said that BMR is the number of calories he'll burn even if he does nothing. Though nutrition science is a vast field, he's done a fine job in this short video.

Excellent video, it will be better if we can include Intermittent Fasting and Insulin resistance could be included thanks a lot when insulin is high then body will not able to burn fat, please consider in your next video and we should burn excessive fat but also we should build muscle and bones so weight loss is important but in such scenario weight machines don’t tell us the fact, thanks again please consider all this points.

What dhruv Rathee said here is the minimum basic info which you find it in every major health website, and there's a ton of info which should be talked about like hormones testosterone, estrogen etc and as you mentioned intermittent fasting and insulin sensitivity.

I like how he makes certain comments such as recommending people to not bargain with the street vendors buying groceries, instead save the money spent on fast food. I also appreciate the tone he uses- the way our family or friends make suggestions.
