Recipe name- Dal muglai
Preparing time-6 hurrs ( add soaking time also)
Cooking time- 45 minutes
Ingredients-
Whole moong dal- 1 cup
Arhar (dal tuar )- 2tbsp
Moong dal- 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 3tbsp
Ghee- 3 tbsp
Bayleaf-1 nos
Black cardamom-1 nos
Green cardamom-2 nos
Mace- 1 nos
Cinnamon stick-2 inch
Tomato- 2 medium
Green chili-1 medium
Salt-to taste
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Deggi mirch-3 tsp
Kasoori methi-1 tbsp
garam masala- 1/4 tsp
Onion-3 medium
Coriander- 3tbsp
mint-4-5 leafs
Butter-2 tbsp

Chef Bhupiji, this Mughlai Dal recipe is 5 Star, I hv tried it with Moong and Whole Masoor. Simply superb, I hv also added Palak and its turned iut very good. Mind u that v never eat palak but with this recipe even palak in Dal taste's amazing & out of this world.
