750gm daal ( moong dal,toor daal,pink masoor daal ) with 5 green chillies n 1 tbspn turmeric powder )
green masala (1 onion ,4 green chillies, half bunch coriander leaves )
for making gravy
200 gm cooking oil
whole garam masala (1 tbspn cumin seeds, 3 bay leaf , 10 pepper , 2 to 3 black cadamom , 1 dalchini , jayetri )
2 tbspn garlic ginger paste
2 onion
5 tamato
4 tbsn dhaniya powder
2 tbsn red chilli
1.5 tbsn haldi powder
4 tbsn mutton masala powder
