Mam I'm belongs to Jain community in which most of peoples taking light dinner before sunset. After that nothing to eat till 9 A.M. next morning like intermittent fasting. Bhoomi ji mujhe ek bat nahi samjh nahi aati mera wait 60 -65 tak aata hai aur fir aage nahi badhta but jab mai wait loose kar leti hoo to same diet aur ruteen hone par wapas 60 -65 ho jata aur fir wahi ruk jata . Agar 60 k upar nahi jata to jab loose karke 50 kg ho jata to wo bhi wahi kyo nahi ruk jata .
