U can add - -Salads (especially beet roots, carrot) -garlic and onion. -Fruits -roasted seeds and roasted peanuts (in a limited amount) -good protein powder (plant protein or whey protein) -desi cow milk

it all depends on your digestive and immune system..I have been having salads , dahi , chickpeas etc at night for a very long time and I feel perfectly fine...but yes I do not go overboard with the quantity of food I have at night..I like to keep it light..so ya the quantity also plays a big role

If someone is confused what to eat or not in dinner, it is best to avoid dinner especially after 8 pm. Might feel less energetic for few days but body will get use to it.

Hello Vivek, please make a video on nutrition required for kids (8-12 years old). Also request to suggest a daily meal plan for them breakfast, lunch, dinner. They play a lot but ignore eating, so looking for something which can give them good nutrition in small quantities as well.
