This seems to be a case of purely private character. So writ petition may not be maintenable. You may have to take up other legal remedies available in law. For knowing what could be those please take advise of an expert lawyer of your choice by discussing the matter with him in detail.

If your grievance stands redressed by compliance of the interim order of the high court by respondents and because of that you no longer want to pursue the writ petition then you need not wait for final disposal of the writ petition on merits. Because even otherwise you are expected to tell the court during hearing that your grievance no longer survives, and there is every possibility that your petition will be disposed of as infructuous. So you need not wait till final disposal of the petition but you can have the petition disposed of by withdrawing the same.

Yeah that's true. Section 97 of CrPC is also a very effective for search of persons. What is supreme court express that unfortunately that has been made a dead letter.
सर मै पुलिस काॅस्टेबल के पद पर कार्यरत था।अब मेरा चयन प्रयोगशाला सहायक पद पर हो गया है।मेरा probation period भी पुरा हो गया है ।मुझे पुलिस विभाग द्वारा ट्रेनिंग का खर्चा जमा कराने को कहा गया और कार्यमुक्त नही किया गया।इसलिए मै जोइन नही कर पाया। बाद मे न्यायालय आदेश के बाद मुझे कार्यमुक्त कर दिया गया।परन्तु मेरा नियुक्ति आदेश निरस्त कर दिया गया था।अब यदि मुझे नियुक्ति नही दे तो क्या मै पुलिस वापस पुलिस जोईन कर सकता हु।या मुझे नियुक्ति दी जाएगीplease help me sir
नमस्ते सर मुझे आप से एक जानकारी लेनी है centralize vacancy को चार zone में बाँट दिया गया हो अगर कोई candidate किसी दूसरे zone में apply किया हो, तो वह case अपने zone से कर सकता है या नही (जैसे में, मैं East zone का हूं और मैं apply north zone में किया था तो मैं east zone में case कर सकता हु ए नही Plz sir reply 🙏🙏
यह प्रश्न कोर्ट के jurisdiction को लेकर है। सामान्यतः, Court ka jurisdiction यह, या तो प्रतिवादी कहां based है या उनका ऑफिस है इस पर, या फिर कॉज ऑफ़ एक्शन कहां arise हुई इस पर निर्भर करेगा। वादी कहां रहता है इस पर यह निर्भर नहीं करता। अब आप के केस में यह thoda samajh Kar देखना पड़ेगा कि कॉज आफ एक्शन जहां से आप ने अप्लाई किया वहां किसी वजह से उत्पन्न हुआ या नहीं। केवल east zone से आपने अप्लाई किया इस वजह से कॉज आफ एक्शन east zone में उत्पन्न हुआ यह अरगुमेंट जरा बॉर्डर लाइन अरगुमेंट रहेगा। It could be argued that cause of action arose at a place where you applied that means East zone. Take a chance arguing that. If the court accept that argument well and good. Else you will have to file the case in that court in which the cause of action can be said to have arisen.

दिस इज वेरी अनफॉर्च्युनेट। वैसे भी एक बार केस एडमिट हो जाने के बाद फाइनल हियरिंग होने के लिए काफी, यानी काफी लंबा समय लगता है। मगर इतने लंबे समय तक अब भी केस फाइनल एरिंग पर नहीं आना इसके पीछे कुछ ना कुछ वजह जरूर होगी। और वह क्या वजह हो सकती है यह बात एग्जैक्ट तरीके से आपको आपके वकील साहब ही बता सकते हैं। अगर आपको वकील साहब के अलावा किसी अन्य स्त्रोत द्वारा जानकारी लेनी है तो आपको मुंबई हाई कोर्ट के रजिस्ट्री से कांटेक्ट करना होगा और उनको पूछना होगा। अगर आपके केस का पेटीशनर सीनियर सिटीजन है तो इस प्रकार की कोई सिचुएशन अगर है तो आप न्यायालय के सामने early hearing अर्जी लगा सकते हैं।

यह exactly तो नहीं बताया जा सकता है। Experience shows that under circumstances approx. 9 months से एक साल तक का period lag Sakta hai. Kabhi ज्यादा और कभी कम भी। यह डिपेंड करता है कि केस के मुद्दे और उसमे लगने वाले कानून कितने सादे है या पेचीदा, तथा विरोधी पक्ष जवाब दाखल करने में कितना समय लेता है।
It all depends upon the urgency of the situation. If the urgency is normal urgency then one can wait for the next day or maybe next to next day for going before the judge. But if urgency is imminent, if it is so imminent that one must have the matter taken up by the court immediately on filing then an immediate request can be made on the same day. You must have heard about cases where the supreme Court has even conducted hearing at 3:00 a.m. in the morning and Delhi High Court also conducted hearing at 11:00 a.m. in the night. In those cases the urgency was extremely extremely extremely imminent because there was question of someone's life and death involved. But such situations are very very exceptional. In normal circumstances one can approach the court for request for listing the matter urgently either on the same day or maybe on the next day. It would depend upon the intensity of urgency of the matter.
