Dear Jagdish Beautiful Testy Recipe of Mango Fried pickle but as we prefer to use Sunflower oil to frying as healthy and cholesterol control and one more Ingredient We use Is black Cardamon seeds as give more digestible and little aroma. And we just use the leftover water(Water when mix Mango,Salt Turmaric) as deluge first jagry in , then add It to Fried Mango as the release water has more vitamins from the Mango.I like your recepiey.
