This video is basically intended for Weight Loss strategy. To become successful in the journey of weight loss one need to have proper strategy. According to Ayurveda science there should be gradual adoption of new lifestyle
STRATEGY 1
1. Get up by 6A.M.
2. Daily Yoga Practice
3. Breakfast 8.30 to 9.30 AM
4. Lunch 1.30 to 2.30 PM
5. Dinner 9 to 10 PM
6. For night Shift have food after sleep
SSTRATEGY 2
Avoid high Glycemic Index Foods
Avoid Bakery Products
Avoid Cold beverages
Overeating
Untimely food
STRATEGY 3
45 Minutes Walk
Loosening and stretching Exercise
Vajrasan
Pavan muktasan
Setu Bandhasan

Sir, if possible plz give your opinion about tea, b'coz lots of ppl are addicted to tea, it's really hard to avoid tea but simultaneously it effect your diet too.... so in this case what is best option? I mean is it possible to maintain your health without ignoring tea....😬😬🤔🤔??
