2. Daily Yoga Practice
3. Breakfast 8.30 to 9.30 AM
4. Lunch 1.30 to 2.30 PM
5. Dinner 9 to 10 PM
6. For night Shift have food after sleep

Avoid high Glycemic Index Foods
Avoid Bakery Products
Avoid Cold beverages
Overeating
Untimely food

45 Minutes Walk
Loosening and stretching Exercise
Vajrasan
