दही में पके चावल शाम को डाल कर दूसरे दिन लंच में खाना 10 दिन में विटामिन बी 12 बढ़ेगा मैंने खुद ने किया है । या आटे में दही डाल कर शाम को परांठे बना दूसरे दिन दही से खाना।
