Varicocele is one of the causes of #infertility and it happens when veins of the skin that holds #testicles get enlarged. Not only exercise but medicine and diet plays a very important role in varicocele treatment. And constipation is one of the main causes of varicocele. A patient can eat #wheat, rice, and daliya and should avoid fast food as they are made up of maida.
A varicocele patient must increase fiber intake in the diet. There are 2 types of #fiber:
1. Soluble
It can be found in pulses like moong dal, arhar dal, chana dal
2. Insoluble
This includes #vitaminC fruits like oranges, mausambi, anar, and malta. Along with it #vitaminE also helps to cure varicocele. A patient can also take spinach, kale, fish, and kale.
A patient must avoid animal oil but can take #oliveoil, spices, ghee, and #canolaoil.
A patient must avoid smoking, alcohol, caffeine, fast food, and red meat.
