विशाल को बचपन से ही नशे की आदत लग गयी थी | वो सिर्फ शराब पीते थे, लोगों के संग बुरा बर्ताव करते थे और उनकी ज़िन्दगी का कोई ठिकाना नहीं था | एक दिन उन्हें लगा की वो इस तरीके से नहीं जी सकते | उन्होंने खुदका सुधारने की ठान ली | विशाल नशा मुक्ति केंद्र तक गए और काफी मुश्किल हालातों से डटकर सामना किया|
उन्हें अगर बचपन से अगर किसी एक चीज़ का जूनून था, तो वो था Bodybuilding | विशाल ने गंदे दिनचर्या और खान पान को छोड़ strict diet फॉलो की और सबको साबित कर दिया कि यदि आप एक goal बना ले और उसके ऊपर पूरा Focus करें और जी जान लगा दें, तो आपको successful बनने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता |

Vishal is a professional bodybuilder and bodybuilding trainer.
Vishal is a classic example of self control and self improvement. Vishal in his early 20s was an alcohol addict. He wasted his years with this addiction his family lived in the trauma of losing him.
Vishal went to rehab many times but kept on relapsing until he finally kicked the habit and came back to give us some life-changing inspiration and motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Vishal is a Delhi based bodybuilder, from a middle-class family. Vishal started drinking which then turned into his addiction. a severe addiction he couldn't easily get off.
A person who was deeply indulged into addiction and was not ready to overcome addiction learned this - how to control yourself and how to stop your addiction. Vishal understood that you can do anything and can turn your life around only if you're brave enough to accept who you are.
Vishal now knew the answer to how to become successful. With all the hard work and one thought that it's never too late, he kept on trying to overcome addiction and now he has won almost above 10 titles and trophies in bodybuilding in Delhi and on the national level. Vishal is now leading a healthy lifestyle by giving up his alcoholic addiction.
Vishal has now embarked onto his journey to build his bodybuilding career and giving his family a happy life. He suffered through really hard times due to his addiction, which took him long enough to overcome addiction.
But Vishal's better self always reminded him of that you can do better and can achieve your goals if you just set one goal and aim high for it. Now all his hard work and self-control paid him off, as it is said hard work always pays off. It was his childhood dream of becoming a bodybuilder and he has finally achieved his goals.
