सर धन्यवाद । आपकी पूरी बात मैंने ध्यान से सुना । जिस व्यक्ति ने यह कहा हो कि हमने खिड़की दरवाजे तो क्या रोशनदान तक बंद कर रखे हैं । डा. अंबेडकर संविधान सभा में घु, नहीं सकते । वह व्यक्ति स्वयं पत्र लिखकर बंबई कांग्रेस के प्रधान को निर्देशित कर रहा हो कि उन्हें निर्विरोध चुनकर भेजा जाय । संविधान सभा के अध्यक्ष डा राजेंद्र प्रसाद भी ऐसा ही लिखते हैं कि उन्हें अविलंब चुनकर भेजा जाय । उनकी सारी शर्तें भी मानी गयीं । तो मुझे लगता है योग्यता और बाबा साहब का राष्ट्र के प्रति अपार स्नेह के अलावा भी कुछ है । वह है इनकी मजबूरी की यदि डा अंबेडकर की बातें संविधान में नहीं डाली जायेंगी और वह ऐसे संविधान को नहीं मानेगा तो क्या होगा ? ब्रिटिश भी पल्ला झाड़ चुके थे कि इलेवन्थ आवर्स में अब हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते । क्या अंबेडकर हमारी आजादी का मुद्दा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ट्रिब्यूनल में लेकर चला जायेगा ? जब ऐसा होगा तो क्या होगा ? क्योंकि इसके समाज को गुलाम रखकर हम आजाद नहीं हो सकते । अंबेडकर कोई साधारण हैसियत का व्यक्ति नहीं अंतर्राष्ट्रीय शख्सियत है । पूरे विश्व में कोहराम मचा देगा । संविधान सभा के सदस्यों के उदगार जिनसे उनकी मजबूरी साफ झलकती है और कांग्रेस का संविधान को उसकी भावनाओं के रूप में लागू न करना क्या इसको प्रमाणित नहीं करता ?

It's only a partial truth..."They" have not let Dr. Ambedkar into first parliament (Constituent assembly itself was first parliament) but he entered. And again in 1952, "they" managed to see that he didn't enter into the parliament. Meanwhile, he became not only the member of constituent assembly but also the chairman of constitution drafting committee. "They" did not let him become even a member of parliament just before drafting the constitution and also after drafting the constitution. Meanwhile, how come he became chairman of the drafting committee??? Ofcourse, Dr Ambedkar was one of the greatest constitutional experts in the world. But this was not at all the criteria for his selection as the chairman of drafting committee. But, was that "their" kindness & compassion that made Dr. Ambedkar, the chairman of drafting committee?? If so, why the love lost in 1952 General elections.?? Dr. Ambedkar became chairman of the drafting committee out of purely political reasons. The conditional policy of the British over transfer of power was the key factor behind Ambedkar's becoming chairperson of the drafting committee. It was their policy, that unless the contending parties-Hindus, Muslims & depressed classes(led by Ambedkar) writes down their constitution with consensus, the British would not transfer the power to the Indians. Hence Ambedkar's consent for the ensuing constitution had become very crucial. If some of congress barristers had drafted or got it drafted by other foreigners, Dr. Ambedkar would have examined it thoroughly for flawless safeguards of his people which would be a time consuming. In order to have early transfer of power, it was advised by the British, to let Dr Ambedkar himself draft the constitution, so that there would not be any complaints as to the safe guards pertaining to his own people. Hence he was chosen for drafting committee chairperson. However, Dr Ambedkar could get only minimal safeguards to his people as viceroy Mount Batton was much interested in partition issue only. While Muslims got their due share of power in the form of Pakistan.

Propoganda Video! Ambedkar is wrongly given credit for drafting constitution. There were multiple committees and multiple people involved. Also, 1st draft was written by B.N.Rao. Ambedkar compiled multiple recommendations. Ambedkar must be credited but not at the cost of others contribution.
