Veg Thukkpa (chana thukkpa in local style) #StayHome #CookwithMe
In a pan boil 2 cups of water
Add 1 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
Add regular or thukkpa noodles (as you required)
Cook the noodles until it is nice and soft
Transfer noodles into the strainer
Washed with cold water
Apply the oil to avoid the stickiness from the noodles
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan
Add ginger, garlic and green chilies sliced
Add 1 small sized onion sliced
Add the vegetables as per the choices
Add 1 cup black chana (soaked and boiled)
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per the taste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chili powder
Add 1 medium sized chopped tomato
Water or vegetable stock (as you required)
Add 1 tsp crushed Sichuan peppercorn
2 tbsp soy sauce
Add 1 cup cabbage sliced
Add 1tbsp lemon juice
Chopped cilantro
Ready to be served
