Hii...made it following your recipe. I have now officially become the gulab jamun maker of my family. They have said from now on they will only eat the home made gulab jamun because it was so good. Ps- It's a tricky thing to cook. The first time I made it most of the jamuns broke as soon as I put it oil. Then I realised I had added more milk so the dough was soft and couldn't hold its shape. The next day I added more Maida and it became very hard and the syrup didn't go inside. Finally for the last 2 times I have made it with perfect balance of all ingredients and they have come out really well. I would say don't give up if you can't make them perfect in the first try. Keep trying and you'll finally get it right.
