Bharat your cooking techniques are awesome and they are so well researched that m bound to agree with you. I cook decent food it's just dat I can't make anything out of dough like chapatis, puris, paranthas. Whenever I try, they turn out very dry nd hard. Can you share some techniques to soften dem?
