Observed 2-3 points A) farm house land is always cheaper compared to residential land. B) Only 10% construction is allowed for farm house. You have constructed 25%. Who will bear the penalty or demolition? C) you haven’t mentioned about clu and rera. D) going by your price of 10lakhs for 100gaj plot, 400gaj plot is 40lakhs but fully constructed farm house of 400gaj is 82lakhs. 42 lakhs is construction cost… farm land shouldn’t be more than 3-4000/- per gaj in that area. E) what about water and electricity? In lane roads? Local transport? Market? Hospital? Etc etc Anchor sahib, talk and ask some sensible questions as hard earned money is in question. Thanks
