𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
* Rice(चावल) - 1 Bowl
* Leftover Rice(बचे हुए चावल) - 1 Bowl
* Water(पानी) - Some
* Boiled Potato(उबले हुए आलू) - 3 - 4
* Red Chilli Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) - Some
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - Some
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)- Some
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Water(पानी) - Some
* Asafetida/Hing Powder(हींग) - Some
* Oil(तेल) - For Frying
* Curd(दही) - 1/2 Bowl
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - Some
* Sweet Chutney(मीठी चटनी) - Some
* Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - Some
* Cumin Powder(जीरा पाउडर) - Some
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - Some
* Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
* Garlic(लहसुन) - Grated
* Ginger(अदरक) - Grated
* Onion(प्याज) - 1/2
* Chopped Carrot(कटी हुई गाजर) - Some
* Tomato Ketchup(टमाटर केचप ) - Some
* Soya Sauce(सोया सॉस) - Some
* White Vinegar(सिरका) - Some
* Red Chilli Sauce(रेड चिली सॉस) - Some
* Corn Flour(अरारोट) - 1/2 Tbsp
𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫, soak Rice for 3-4 hours. Then put them into a mixing jar, add some Water, grind well & make a thick paste. Take some boiled Potato & grind them as well. In a big bowl, put ground Potato, Rice Paste, Chilli Flakes, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, roasted Cumin Seeds & Salt & mix well.
𝟏.𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐣𝐢𝐲𝐚, take a bowl, put some Salt, Hing Powder & Water. Mix well & keep it aside. Keep Oil in a pan for heating. Keep some water near to you and dip your hand in that water and then take the batter with that spoon and make the Vadas/Bhajiya of any size as per your requirement. Fry them in the medium heated Oil on medium flame. Serve with Tomato Sauce, Green Chutney & Green Chilli.
𝟐.𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐡𝐢 𝐕𝐚𝐝𝐚, put the fried Vadas in a Hing Water bowl for 10 minutes & then squeeze the Vadas.
Take whisked Curd, Black Salt & mix well. Then put
For Dahi Vada Serving, put some Black Salt into a whisked Curd and mix it well. Then take a serving plate place some Vadas & put Curd, Sweet Chutney, Black Pepper Powder, roasted Cumin Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Leaves & Pomegranate Seeds. Super Soft Dahi Vadas will get ready easily.
𝟑.𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐣𝐢𝐲𝐚, take remaining bhajia paste & put finely chopped Carrot, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Capsicum, Salt & Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Fry them in the medium heated Oil till they turn golden & crispy.
𝟒.𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚, keep the pan for heating & put Rice batter on it. Spread with the finger & roast on a slow flame till it turns crispy. Then take out on a plate & serve with Chutney & Dahi.
𝟓.𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞, keep the pan on the flame & put Oil, Garlic, Ginger, long chopped Onion, Green Chilli, Capsicum, Carrot & saute all well. Then put Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Tomato Ketchup, Soya Sauce, Vinegar & leftover cooker Rice & fried Pakoda & cook well. Then garnish with Coriander Leaves & enjoy yummy dish.
𝟔.𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧, in a pan, put sauted veggies, Chilli Saquce, Vinegar, Soya Sauce, Water, Corn Flour & Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Put the mixture into the pan, add some Salt & cook well on a high flame. When it cooked well then put fried Manchurian Balls/Bhajiya & cook & serve.
