There is a tradition of giving pregnant woman to drink jwano ko jhol immediately after she gives birth to a child. It is believed this soup gives you health and wellness.
INGREDIENTS:
*Jwano (Carom Seed/Ajwain)- 2 tsp
*Ginger Garlic Paste (Aduwa Lahsun)- 1 tsp
*Cumin Powder (Jeera)- 1/4 tsp
*Turmeric Powder (Besar/Haldi)- 1/4 tsp
*Rice Flour (Chamol Ko Pitho)- 1 tbsp
*Ghiu/Ghee- 1 tsp
*Salt (Nun/Namak)- to taste (Swad Anusar)
