First Tadka - Ghee - 2-3 spoons
Black peppercorn - 1 tsp
Methi seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Haldi - 3/4 tsp
Green chili - 1
Pakora
Palak or methi leaves - ½ cup
Onion - 1 small
Ginger - ½ tsp
Ajwain - ½ tsp

Salt - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder - ½ tsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
