HELLO EVERYONE
Today I have shown you in this video how to make dry fish curry at home easily. This method is very simple and quick so you also try to make at your home after watching my recipe.
Dry fish curry is best when served with plain white rice. It is also best combination with tomato pickle.
This is one of the best dry fish which is easily available in dhading malekhu and also available another places.

INGREDIENTS:
1. Small Dry fish 12 piece
2. Tomato chopped of 2 big piece
3. Onion chopped of 1 big piece
4. Salt to taste
5. Turmeric powder 1 pinch
6. Cumin powder 1 tsp
7. Coriander powder 1tsp
8. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
9. Garam maala 1 pinch
10. Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
11. Sarsiu powder 1 tbsp (raw sarsiu)
12. Oil 7-8 tbsp
13. water 2 glass
METHOD
At first Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the dry fish pieces, Fry for 2 minute on medium heat then take it out in a plate . Again, heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and add onion chopped , Fry it till the golden brown then add ginger & garlic paste fry it for 1 minute then add tomato chopped and cook till oil separates and then add 1 pinch of turmeric powder and mix it well ,Add salt to taste, Red chilly powder 1 tsp, Cumin powder 1 tsp, Coriander powder 1 tsp, Garam masala 1 pinch, Sarsiu powder 1 tbsp Mix it well And add little amount of water and cook for 1 minute then add 2 glass of water , Let it for boil Then add fried fish pieces and Cover it for 2 minute after then dry fish curry will be ready .

२ चम्चा तेल तताउनुहोला र २ मीनेट जती सानो ग्यास मा फ्राई गर्नुहोला ,एउटा प्लेट मा नीकल्नुहोला तेस्पछी फेरी प्यान मा ४ चम्चा जती तेल तताउनुहोला प्याज फ्राई गर्नुहोला प्याज रातो हुने गरी फ्राई गर्नुहोला तेस्पछी अदुवा लसुन को पेस्ट राखेर १ मीनेट जती फ्राई गर्नुहोला र गोलभेडा राख्नुहोस गोलभेडा राम्रो संग पाक्नुपर्दछ ,गोलभेडा पाकिसके पछी बेसार राखेर चलाउन्होला स्वाद अनुसार नुन , रातो धुलो खुर्सानी एक सानो चम्चा ,जीरा को धुलो एक सानो चम्चा ,धनीया को धुलो एक सानो चम्चा,गरम मसला एक चीम्ती ,सर्सीउ को धुलो एक चम्चा राखेर राम्ररी चलाउनुहोला अनी थोरै पानी राखेर १ मीनेट जती पकाउनुहोला सबै मसला पाकीसके पछी दुइ गीलास पानी राखेर एक्कैछीन उम्लीन दीनुपर्दछ पानी उम्ली सके पछी फ्राई गरेर राखेको माछा राख्नुहोला र २ मीनेट जती छोपेर पकाउनुहोला तेस्पछी माछा को झोल तयार हुनेछ
