नमस्कार दोस्तों,
आज मैं आप सभी को देवघर के हरलाजोरी लेकर आया हूं जिसका बाबा वैद्यनाथ ज्योतिर्लिंग से बहुत गहरा संबंध है।
कहा जाता है जब रावण कामना लिंग लेकर कैलाश से लंका को जा रहे थे तभी हरलाजोरी के पास रावण को बहुत जोर से लघुशंका लगी और पुष्पक विमान को नीचे उतारा और किसी को ढूंढने लगा, तभी बैजू ग्वाला नज़र आया। रावण ने कामना लिंग उसी ग्वाला को पकड़ाकर लघुशंका करने लगा, लघुशंका करते करते 7 दिन 7 रात गुजर गए, लघुशंका के उपरांत रावण जब वापस आया तो बैजू ग्वाला (जो भगवान विष्णु ही थे) उसे कहीं नहीं नज़र आता है | भगवान विष्णु ने उस कामना शिव लिंग को हरलाजोरी के दक्षिण में हृदयापीठ था वही शिवलिंग को स्थापित कर दिये जिसे आज आप बाबा वैद्यनाथ ज्योतिर्लिंग धाम , रावणेश्वर वैद्यनाथ धाम,बाबा धाम आदि नामों से जानते हैं | हरलाजोरी को हरिहरनाथ भी कहा जाता है क्योंकि यहां हरी और हर दोनों एक साथ थे और यहां एक मंदिर की स्थापना किया गया जिसे हरलाजोरी या हरतकीनाथ धाम से लोग जानते हैं। यह मंदिर बैद्यनाथ धाम से लगभग 5 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है | यहां से नजदीकी रेलवे स्टेशन जसीडीह जंक्शन है और यह देवघर जिला के अंतर्गत आता है। यह मंदिर रिखिया आश्रम के रास्ते है। यहां आप निजी या पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट से जा सकते हैं |

Today I have brought you all to Harlajori of Deoghar which has a very deep connection with Baba Vaidyanath Jyotirlinga.
It is said that when Ravana was going from Kailash to Lanka with Kamna Linga, then near Harlajori Ravana got very suspicious and Pushpak brought down the plane and started searching for someone, then Baiju Gwala was seen. Ravana caught hold of the same cowherd named Kamna Linga and started doing Laghushanka, 7 days and nights passed while doing Laghushanka, when Ravana came back after Laghushanka, Baiju the cowherd (who was Lord Vishnu) was nowhere to be seen. Lord Vishnu established that Shivalinga at Hridayapeeth, south of Harlajori, which is known today by the names Baba Vaidyanath Jyotirlinga Dham, Ravaneshwar Vaidyanath Dham, Baba Dham etc. Harlajori is also called Hariharnath because here both Hari and Har were together and a temple was established here which is known by the people as Harlajori or Haratkinath Dham. This temple is situated at a distance of about 5 kilometers from Baidyanath Dham. The nearest railway station from here is Jasidih Junction and it comes under Deoghar district. This temple is on the way to Rikhiya Ashram. You can go here by private or public transport.
