Hello sir, my father EF is 30% after angioplasty doctor advice tab cidmus for improve heart pumping but side of cidmus is low BP . Consult with another doctor advice TAB CARCA CR 10 so i want to know that CIDMUS is better or my father will continue with Tab carca cr 10

Both can be given together if patients tolerate, discuss with any one of the doctor. Second opinion should be sought for procedures, but after gaining knowledge you have to trust any one doctor for future management.

Hello doc, I am 71 year old woman. I have BP for 4-5 years. I have a question, hope you will answer. Many times after eating BF my BP falls down I feel uneasy and weird all over my left side of the Body. Recently I had CT scan which didn’t show any problem related to arteries. I take losartan 100 mg. I don’t get any answers from drs here. Forgot to mention, BP fall around 100/64 at that time. Usually it’s high.

Don't take such high of losartan in a single dose. Take half in morning and half in evening. B what time do you take it? My guess is the breakfast.

सर मुझे 2016 में MI हुआ था, anjography में SVD 50% होने से मेडिकल मेंटेंस पर चल रहा हूं. उसके बाद मैने अहमदाबाद में एक स्पेशलिस्ट सर्जन को मेरी एंजोयोग्राफी दिखाई तो उन्होंने कहा की कुछ भी नही है पर मेरी मेडिसिन continue रखी...यह कुछ समझ नही आया मुझे क्योंकि कुछ नही तो मेडिसिन क्यों ?अब मेडिसिन की वजह से मेरा शुगर लेवल भी बढ़ रहा है क्या मैं मेडिसिन बंद कर सकता हूं?

सर मुझे Dec 2022 से अचानक से chest pain शुरू हुआ उसके बाद से आज तक मैने 25 30 बार ecg किया उसके बाद cardiologist को मिला उन्होंने मेरा 2 D Eco किया ओर हर 4 महिने में एक बार मैं lipid profile करवता हुं हर बार मेरे ये सब report's normal निकलते हैं.. फिर भी ये pain क्यों होता हैं समज में नहीं आ रहा है.. मुझे acidity की दिक्कत हैं पहिले से please मुझे बताये ये दिक्कत क्यों होती हैं..

A person who comes to hospital with a heart attack, doctor would address that person by giving blood thinners. After blood thinners, the person might settle down with the pain he or she had. In the process of observation after blood thinners, if the person undergoes pain even after blood thinners can he or she be given anesthesia to relieve patient from pain and if the person gets 2nd attack with the pain, can't he or she be given anesthesia

Such a pain would be due to dyeing muscles of heart and the best therapy is to do an angiography and either stenting(commonly) or bypass(rarely). Analgesic and hypothetically even anaesthesia will only cause pain relief but not salvage muscles

Nahi sir galat baat Echo should be Done by DM cardiologist only. PG diploma wale bhi nahi Na radiologist. Echo ecg tmt should be read and done by DM cardiologist not even CTVS. ECG best read by a DM only.

Trust me on this dear many new interventional cardiologists (most of DNB and some DM) in bigger institutes feel that is below their dignity to perform echo, they consider it as an inferior job and they do not put their heart and soul into it.

95% cardiac superspecialist are interested only in procedure. They unnecessary force to do procedure like cabg, ptca. But practically n scientifically such procedure no benefit to peocedure. So i request to all viewers always get second third opinion frm doctors how have proper kwowladge regarding cardiac health. Not neccesory doctor should be superspecialist.
