A centrelised data base should be created. It should be mandatory for all diagnostic centre to fill the data in this data base with their registration no. This data should be accessible to all health care provider. Similarly the medicine given and procedures done should also be filled in this data base.

Dr, really it can be a motivation step from our Government side. But my saying is ( I don't know how correct I am) all medical platform should get together as like Medical Council of India and appeal to Health Ministry about this suject. Not only refined sugar but one more 'S' that is too much of salt intake. If if goes to where I noted above it will give a better platform for well bring for human health. I request you should form a large group of ethical medical professionals and make a formal presentation to every central and state government for some basic reforms for the physical and mental wellbeing of the citizens of India . It is not going to be an easy because there is Drug Mafia , and hospital chains, Sugar companies etc (rather Entire Health care industry ) is owned directly or indirectly by politicians only. Respected Sir angiography ke badme patient ko room mein shift karte hai tab uska heart rate , BP or other parameter monitor karte hai ya nahi ? Agar monitor nahi karte hai toh koi risk rehta hai ? Meri mummy ka left main arterty 90% block tha aur uski angiography ke badme 10- 15 minute mein death ho gai. Jab usko cath lab se bahar room mein shift kiya toh waha par uski koi monitoring nahi thi.
