I also got periods today, I'm suffering from pcod problem from last 3 years, from that time I didn't get periods without medicine, this month I didn't take any medicine and from last 3 days I was doing these yoga postures and today I got periods, really helpful, thank you so much 😊

Hello Madam, First of all thank you so much for your wonderful videos.. it's helping me a great deal to relax. Please suggest which asanas to NOT to do while in early weeks of pregnancy. Especially for women who are undergoing IVF treatment. Also please suggest asanas for pregnant women based on trimesters. I would also request you to educate us which pranayama to do and not to do before, during and after pregnancy. Thank you so much..

Hello Namrata Ji, Its a delicate topic and I will definitely make videos for the same. In early trimesters avoid deep back bending and prone poses. Vipritkarni, butterfly pose, malasana and side bends are good. For pranyama avoide Kapalbhati and Bhastrika ( or do it with very slow speed) rest of the pranayama like bhramari, anulom vilom, sheetali, ujjayi are very beneficial :)

Hello, aap pehle apne test karaye gynaec se consult karke, kyunki aisa hone ki kya wajah hai wo pata lagana jaruri hai. agar karan hormonal disbalance hai to ye saare aasan apke liye nahot achhe hai :)

Hi mam, Mai depression ki waja se 7 to 8yrs isolated rehti thee abhi few months hue mujhe depression se nikal kar. Toh mam,mai kapaal bhati, bastrika, anuolm vilom kar rahi hu 8 days se. Aur mai obese hu aur nutritionist ke pass weight loss kar rahi hu lekin obesity ki vaja mai spine twisting ka pose nahi kar pa rahi hu stomach aur large breast ki vaja se, pair side me knee ke paas rakh to rahi hu lekin pair seedha nahi rehra aur fir haath ki postion nahi le sak rahi hu aap koi dusra paranayam ya fir koi dusra pose ya koi tareeqa batiye mujhe please mam. Im working hard and trying my best to recover, uske liye abhi mujhe pehle pcod ko deal karna hai periods har mahina ayega toh meri mental n physical health achi hogi bata ya tha dr ne. Kindly reply.

Good afternoon mam jab aap kisi aasan main 1 minute yah aada minute hold karne ko bolte hai, is ka matlab hume us waqat tak saans ko rok ke rakhana hai yah saans lete rahana hai, please suggest. It creates me a lot of confusion wheather we have to hold our breath for such duration or keep breathing while standing or holding in an aasan. Also suggest how many times we have to repeat the same aasana.

Namastey Dharam Vir Ji, jab bhi mai kahu ki hold kijiye to iska matlab apne sharir ko hold kijiye, lekin saans lete rehna hai. apki sans dheemi or gehri honi chaiye. jab mai kahu hold kijiye or saans mat lijiye sirf tab hi hold karna hai. Koi bhi insaan 1 min tak saans nahi le to wo behosh ho sakta hai. saans to lena hi hai. koi bhi aasan ko aap 3 baar repeat kar sakte hai, jaruri hai us aasan mai lambe samay tak bane rehna. usse uska fayda jadli milta hai
