Paneer - 200 grams
Onion - 1 cup
Tomato - 1/2 cup
Capsicum -1/2 cup
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic cloves - 12 cloves
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 5 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
