চিংড়ির এই রেসিপি একবার বানালে বার বার বানাতে ইচ্ছা করবে (Spicy Prawn Manchurian Recipe)

Ingredients: for Manchurian balls:
Prawn: 200 gm
Cabbage: 1/2 portion of small cabbage
Carrot: 2 medium size
Capsicum: 1 chopped
Onions: 1medium size
Garlic: 4 cloves big size
Ginger: 1"
Salt to taste
Viniger: 1 tsp
Coriander powder: 1tsp
Chilli Powder: 1tsp
Corn flour: 2 tsp
All purpose flour: 3 tbsp
Garam masala powder: 1tsp
Black pepper powder: 1tsp
For Manchurian gravy:
Onion: 1 medium size
Capsicum: 1
Garlic: 4 cloves big size
Green chilli: 3-4 nos
Coriander powder: 1tsp
Cumin powder: 1tsp
Chicken masala: 1 tsp
Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar : 1tsp
Tomato sauce: 4 tsp
Viniger: 1tsp
Soya sauce: 1tsp
Corn flour slurry: 1tsp corn flour and 2 tbsp water
Coriander leaves: little amount
Procedure: Grate cabbage, carrot and chop capsicum. Grind cleaned prawns. Make paste of one onion, 1" ginger and 4 garlic cloves. Make a mixture of carrot, cabbage, capsicum, add onion paste, add grinded prawns, salt to taste, black pepper powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, vinegar, corn flour, all purpose flour and make a tight mixture. Rest it for 10 minutes. Chop 1 onion, 1 capsicum, garlic and ginger as shown in the vedio. Heat white oil in kadhai, make lemon size balls from the mixture and deep fry each side keeping gas in medium low flame. While frying the balls make a sauce including tomato sauce, vinegar, soya sauce. Fry all the manchurian balls. Reduce oil from before leaving 2 tbsp, add grated ginger, onion, capsicum, garlic and saute for a minute. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, chicken masala powder, chilli powder and salt to taste, saute for a minute. Add prepared sauce, sugar, green chilli and saute for few seconds. Add little amount of water and bring it to boil, add corn flour slurry. Add the manchurian balls when the gravy thickens. Mix all the ingredients for 1 or 2 minutes, add coriander leaves finally. The delicious Prawn Manchurian is ready to serve with roti, paratha or pulao.
