Ingredients:
Chicken: 600 gms
Curd: 08 tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder: 05 tbsp
Cumin Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala: 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Ginger Paste: 02 tbsp
Garlic Paste: 02 tbsp
Lemon Extract: 02 tbsp
Roasted Kasuri Methi: 01 tbsp
Red Food Colour (Optional): 1/2 tbsp
White Oil: 05 tbsp
Butter: 02 tbsp
Coriander Leaf: 01 handful
Pudina Leaf: Half of Coriander Leaf
Green Chili: 05-06 pcs
Ginger Pieces: 02-03 pcs
Garlic Cloves: 02-03 pcs
Lemon Extract: 1/2 tbsp
Black Salt: 1/2 tbsp
Chat Masala: 01 tbsp
Curd: 03 tbsp
Salt: As per taste
Charcoal
Process:
Marinate the chicken with curd, turmeric powder, cumin powder, roasted kasuri methi, food colour, lemon extract, kashmiri chili powder, cardamom powder, ginger paste, garlic paste & garam masala. Set aside for at least
05-06 hours. Heat oil & butter in a pan. Fry the marinated chicken on low heat for 05 mins. Flip the chickens at 30 secs while frying. Brush them
with butter & marinated gravy. Switch off the oven & put a bowl on them. Put hot charcoal on them. Add ghee to the hot charcoal & cover the pan for 15-20 mins. Serve it hot with the chutney.
For the chutney preparation:
Put coriander leaf, pudina leaf, ginger, garlic cloves, lemon extract, black salt, chat masala & curd and grind them into a smooth paste.
