Chicken patties is a bakery product/food. It is usually crispy with many layers and chicken fillings.
Ingredients:
For dough:
Flour -2 cup+2 tbsp.
Salt -1/2 tsp.
Baking powder -1+1/2 tsp.
Sugar -1 tbsp.
Oil -2 tbsp.
Vinegar -1 tbsp.
Egg- 1 piece🥚
Water -1/2 cup
For filling:
Chicken keema -300 gm.
Chopped onion -2 cup
Salt -1 tsp.
Ginger powder -1/2 tsp.
Garlic powder -1/2 tsp.
Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp.
green chillies-5 piece
Soya sauce -1 tbsp.
Cornflower 3 tbsp.+water 2 tbsp.
For layers:
Butter -1/2 cup
Ghee -1/4 cup
Cornflower -1/3 cup
