Ingredients of Pakora:
Badhakopi / Cabbage - 3 Cup
Rice Flour
Gram Flour
Chopped Onion
Chopped Green Chilli
Turmeric Powder
Red Chilli Powder
Chopped Ginger
Chopped Garlic
Ajwain
Salt
Refined Oil
Methods of Bandhakopi Pakora:
1. At first take a bowl and add 3 cup Fine Chopped Cabbage,2-3 Chopped Green Chillies (as per taste),2 medium size Chopped Onion, 1 tsp Chopped Garlic,1 tsp Chopped Ginger (grated), 1/2 tsp Salt (as per taste),1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder (as per taste). Mix all the ingredients properly with your hand.
2. Press it like this while mixing.
3. After mixing cover and let it rest for 10 mins.
4. After 10 mins add 1/4 tsp Ajwain, 1/2 cup Gram Flour and 1/4 cup Rice Flour. Mix well and no need to add water separately.
5. Make a sticky mixture with the water from onion and cabbage.
6. Squeeze it like this while mixing.
7. Make a ball to see if it stays intact.
8. Heat up a kadai and add Refined Oil.
9. When the oil heats up turn the flame to medium and add the Pakoras.
10. You can make the pakoras small or big as per requirement.
11. After some time when one side is done flip the pakoras.
12. Fry them on medium flame patiently or it will be raw on the inside.
13. Fry till golden brown on all sides.
14. Place tissue on a plate and put the fried pakoras on it.
15. Today's recipe Cabbage Pakora is ready.
