3/4 cup - maida
1/2 tsp - baking powder
1/4 tsp - baking soda
1/3 cup - milk/water

1 cup - evaporated milk(thick milk)
1/2 cup - whipping cream
1 tblsp - sugar
1/4 tsp - cardamom powder (optional)
