1 teaspoon orange essence
1 or 2 drops of yellow food color (optional)
2/3 cup whipping cream
Sugar Syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon rose water
1 medium size lemon juice
For garnish
Pistachios
Dry rose petals
