আস্সালামু আলাইকুম, আজকের পর্বে নিয়ে এলাম ৬টি ভিন্নস্বাদে প্রাণজুড়ানো লেবুর শরবত-মাসজুড়ে সংরক্ষণ পদ্ধতি সহ | Lebur Shorbot, Lemon juice Recipe
এখন গরমকাল চলছে আর সামনেই রমজান মাস। এ সময়ে ইফতার এ আমাদের কোন না কোন ড্রিঙ্কস থাকে। আর এ ড্রিঙ্কস যদি হয় হেলথি আর মজাদার লেমন জুস তাহলে কেমন হয়? হয়তো অনেকে ভাবছেন লেবু চিপে শরবত বানানো একটা ঝামেলার কাজ। এর চেয়ে ভালো রেডিমেড কোনো ড্রিঙ্কস করা। কিন্তু ওগুলো হয়তো স্বাস্থ্যসম্মত নয়। তাই এ ভিডিওতে আমি দেখিয়েছি তিনটি ভিন্ন ধরণের লেমন জুস রেসিপি। সাথে থাকছে কিছু প্রয়োজনীয় টিপস যা আপনাকে হেল্প করবে জটপট লেমন জুস তৈরী করতে।
উপকরণ :
লেবুর রস, পানি, বরফ কুচি, সুগার সিরাপ।
সুগার সিরাপ বানাতে লাগবে :
চিনি - ১ কাপ
পানি ১ কাপ +১/৪ কাপ
রান্নার ষোলোকলা:
বইয়ের প্রথম খন্ডে দেশীয় খাবার ও মেইনকোর্স গুলো রাখা হয়েছে। যেমনঃ পোলাও-বিরিয়ানি,রুটি-পরোটা, মাছ-মাংস-ভর্তা ইত্যাদি। দ্বিতীয় খন্ডে থাকবে,পিঠা-পায়েস,বাহারি মিষ্টান্ন, পানীয়, মশলা ইত্যাদি।
চেষ্টা করেছি ডিটেলস ভাবে রেসিপিগুলো লেখার সাথে সাথে প্রয়োজনীয় সমস্ত টিপস দিতে যেগুলো নতুন রাঁধুনির জন্য খুব সহায়ক হবে বলে আমার বিশ্বাস। অনেকে অনেক সময় প্রশ্ন করেন রেসিপি পুরোপুরি ফলো করেছি কিন্তু পারফেক্ট রেজাল্ট আসেনি। কিছু কিছু রেসিপির কিছু সূক্ষ টিপস থাকে যা ফলো না করার কারনে হয়তো ফলাফল পারফেক্ট হয়নি। সে টিপসগুলো বইদুটিতে তুলে ধরেছি যাতে নতুন রাধুনীদের কাজে আসে।
