Kalsey Saheb, If a doctor comes from a 3rd world country, lands in Ontario and buys a house on mortgage he is going to stuck in Ontario. In stead of taking med. exams doctor will be busy in paying his mortgage instalments. This is his own choice its not system's fault. Every province has good programs for new immigrants in order to get them settled in their professional fields. In rural Alberta more than 33% doctors are foreign qualified. Do not stick to Ontario go to other provinces.
Fortunately, my student visa was refused by Canadians. Then I ended up going in Lancaster university. One of the best universities in England. Canadian immigration system saved me going in diploma mill.

It’s very unfortunate to learn about the situation in Canada and after reading the comments from people it appears that today’s Canadian society is divided in two parts one new immigrants and one old immigrants, because almost all are the immigrants some came little earlier and some just arrived few years ago. This division in society is not good as this can lead to civil unrest and I learned from social media that RCMP has prepared a report on this matter and submitted to the government. So if you really want to save Canada please act now and act wisely, otherwise nobody can save Canada (definitely not Mr Trudeau).
