Man I want to learn about this stuff more. I am trying to understand this stuff but it just flies over my head. These guys combine both finance and economics to draw insights to predict future (atleast try to). So do you, I guess. Which is pretty cool. Can you please suggest any youtube channels that teach this stuff? This intersection of Finance and Economics to predict future

Stock markets will go down for sure, but housing further 30% I don’t think so. But growth for next 2-3years will be slower for sure. Because prices are already down by 17% on the top 30 months has been passed and now they are cutting the rates and lot of buyers are accumulating on sidelines and rental market is still strong and new immigrants are still coming and builders are not building new homes. I think these are enough factors to support the market. Because if prices go further 30% down means we are in 1929 situation and it will take a decade to come back. I don’t think we are in that situation yet. My guess is next year summer prices of townhomes and detached homes will go up by 4-6 percent. But again nobody has crystal ball.

@@JD0509 Whatever is necessary, to be honest. I am hungry but lack direction. My uneducated guess is that I want to atleast have an opinion on the stock market into its future. Let alone being right, I just want to be wrong a couple of times times and then slowly refine my judgement. But the problem is, I don't even know how to make an educated guess to project a stocks future based on the economy. I am looking for the "LINK" between stocks and the economy. The hidden dialogue that happens between economic indicators and the stocks of a company.
