Millions of people all over the world want to migrate to USA…… we take in a million immigrants from around the world every year. We with 5-6% of world population, consume ~30 % of the world GDP. On economics…… ~ $ 15 / hour is the minimum wage…..giving 30,000 per year as a minimum annual income per person…. 69K for a couple. Jobs are plentiful…… Walmart or restaurant dish washer gets $18 / hour…… On 60 - 72 K per year, a couple can afford a 3-4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage bungalow…. Take a 2 week vacation any where in the world…. You get the picture. Most people make a lot more than minimum wage. Can go on and on……. Suffice it to say that the poorest person in USA has a better quality of life…… in terms of access and affordability of goods and services than the richest person in India. Even Mukesh Ambani doesn’t have access to 20-30 different cuisines, 5-10 museums, theater, sports or entertainment venues that the poorest American has every day.

હું અમેરીકામા છેલ્લા ૨૦ વર્ષથી રહું છું તમોએ આપેલી વિગત સંપૂર્ણ સાચી છે. સાચુ સુખતો જન્મ ભૂમી ગણાય પરંતુ હિન્દુસ્તાનમા સારૂ જીવન જીવવા માટે પૈસો જરૂરી છે. જે સામાન્ય માણસની ક્ષમતા નથી. અત્યારે હાલમાં જેને વિસા (visa)નથી મળતા તેઓ પૈસા ખર્ચીને ડોલર માટે આપણા ગુજરાતમા ગાડરીયો પ્રવાહ અટકવાનું નામજ લેતો નથી. જેવી હરીની ઈચ્છા. ॥જયશ્રી કૃષ્ણ હરી॥
બીલકુલ સાચી વાત છે તમારી . ગમે તેટલા પૈસા કમાઓ પણ તેનાથી સાચો સંતોષ આપણા દેશમાં મળે છે તેવો નથી હોતો. બાળકો ના આર્થિક ભવિષ્ય માટે અમેરિકા રહેવું પડે છે.

Whatever facts are shown mostly correct and no end to it. If you are so much scared why can't you go back to India? It will be safe for your family. If do not want to go then live with it without any fear. I was in Ahemdabad staying at border of Hindu and Muslim community. During riots many of my relatives were asking me how can you stay there? I told them I accept it and it is my luck I can die on road accident too..

Generally most of Asian people has tendency to criticize for small small things. Even send them to heaven they will talk about some other places. Whatever God has given you enjoy it. For small small troubles we are uncomfortable but that is the life and reality, accept it. Other people also has same problems but they do not complain..

Very good information on negative sides of the USA. Despite all the negativities, people from all over the world , by hook or crook, are migrating to the USA. We Indians are top among the migrants. The main reason is money, followed by easy access to better living amenities in the USA compared to the developing countries.
