Thank you for such a simple way of explaining the highly suffered health issue ACIDITY & such a common way of eliminating the same. Will implement the same & revert to you after few weeks.
Good practical advice.i was suffering from severe acidity since last over 35 years but slowly found the reasons and as you said ,for last 7/8 years I'm following same pattern what you are suggesting now and my problem has almost diminished considerably .secondly I also drink mild hot water throughout day in all seasons which keeps my acidity in control.
