About this video -
Today we are going to make Stuffed Parwal Sabji (Bharela Parval Nu Shaak) this is simple and unique sabji stuffed with gram flour and spices.
Ingredients (સામગ્રી)
Serving - 4 person (૪ વ્યક્તિ માટે)
300 grams Fresh Parwal / Pointed gourd (ફ્રેશ પરવળ)
For Stuffing (સ્ટફિંગ બનાવવા માટે)
2 tbsp Refined Oil (તેલ)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (જીરું)
Pinch of Asafoetida / Hing (હીંગ)
3 tbsp Gram Flour / Besan (ચણાનો લોટ)
2 tbsp Coarsely Ground Dry Coriander Seeds (અધકચરા વાટેલા સૂકા ધાણા)
1 tbsp Coarsely Ground Fennel Seeds (અધકચરી વાટેલી વરિયાળી)
1 tsp Coarsely Ground Cumin Seeds (અધકચરું વાટેલું જીરું)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (લાલ મરચું પાવડર)
1 tbsp Ginger Chilli Paste (આદુ મરચાની પેસ્ટ)
1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder (આમચૂર પાવડર)
2 tsp Sugar or Jaggery (ખાંડ અથવા ગોળ)
As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
For Tempering (વઘાર માટે)
4 tbsp Refined Oil (તેલ)
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (તલ)
1/2 Cup Water (પાણી)
Garnish it with Chopped Coriander (સજાવટ માટે સમારેલી કોથમીર)

Nigambhai, we make the stuffing with two variations: (1) we add roasted course ground peanuts (શેકેલા શીંગદાણા અધકચરા દળેલા)to stuffing. This coarse powder gives delicious crunchiness. (2) Instead of red chili powder we use fresh ground green chili so the dish will look green .
