In memory of Chirag Bhatt, a concert of Shree Alap Desai was arranged on 02/03/2019 at Bhavnagar by "Chirag Bhatt foundation of performing art","The Waves" and "Saptdhwani Trust" .
Every year a concert is held in memory of Chirag Bhatt, a promising young tabla player and very talented photographer who passed away in his early age.He was the disciple of shree Jwalant Bhatt.Further he took Tabla training from Shree Anish Pradhan.
Well known artists like Anish Pradhan, Shubha Mudgal , Murad Ali & Fateh Ali , Shivam Singh , Ojas Adhiya , Rimpa Shiva and Alap Desai gave tribute to Chirag Bhatt.
Shree Alap Desai is a son of Shree Asit Desai and Smt.Hema Desai is a young promising multitalented musician, singer and composer has performed musical programs in India as well as in abroad.
In this program Alap Desai performed his own Gujarati compositions as well as well known compositions of his father Asit Desai.He also sang many famous Gujarati songs and Ghazals.

માફ કરો, અંગૂઠો મારો નહિ આપું,

વાંકુસીધું આંગણ જોવા ના રહેશો,
તક મળે તો નાચી લેજો બીજું શું ?
પરસેવાની સોડમ વચ્ચે પત્ર લખું છું,
અત્તર છાંટી વાંચી લેજો બીજું શું ?
લડી લડીને તૂટ્યા ત્યારે વકીલ કહે છે,
તમે પરસ્પર સમજી લેજો બીજું શું ?
આજે અમને દાદ ન આપો કાંઈ નહિ
આજે અમને સાંખી લેજો બીજું શું ?
