Which can be prepared and enjoyed during any special occasion, festival or for your guests. This delicious special thali contains Veg Pulao ( Pulav ), Butter Dal , Okra with gram flour stir fry , Paneer Malai Masala, Chilli Gobi , Dry fruits Custard, Banana Vada . Enjoy :)
Ingredinets :
Pulao ( Pulav ) / Palau Recipe :
1. Long grain rice - 1½ Cup
2. Chopped Carrot - 2 tbsp or 1/2 no.
3. Chopped French beans - 2 tbsp or ( 5-6 nos. )
4. Paneer - 2 tbsp
5. Cashew nuts , Almond ( 5-6 nos. )
6. Mace ( Javitri ) - 1
7. Clarified butter ( Ghee ) - 1 tbsp
8. Sugar - 1 tbsp
9. Salt to taste
10. Water - 2 cups
Butter Dal Recipe :
1. Chana Dal - 4 plamful ( 3/4 cup )
2. Chopped Onion - 1 ( medium )
3. Chopped Tomato - 1 ( big )
4. Crushed ginger and chilli - 1 tbsp
5. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
6. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
7. Chopped coriander leaves
8. Salt to taste
9. Butter - 1 tbsp or 1 cube
10. Water - 2 cups or ( as required )
Okra with gram flour stir fry ( Bhendi besana bhaja ) :
1. Okra ( Ladies Finger ) - ( 6-7 nos. )
2. Gram flour ( besan ) - 1 tbsp
3. Dry red chilli - 1
4. Mustrad seeds - 1 tsp
5. Onion - 1 ( big )
6. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
6. Kashmiri red chilli - 1 tsp
7. Maggi Masala ( best taste ) - 1 tbsp ( instead of it use Garam masala )
8. Salt to taste
9. Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
Paneer Malai Masala Recipe :
1. Fresh Paneer - 200 gm
2. Tomato - 3 nos. ( med )
3. Onion - 2 nos. ( med )
4. Ginger - 1 inch
5. Garlic cloves - ( 6-7 nos. )
6. Broken Cashew nuts ( 5-6 nos. )
7. Green Chilli - 1
8. Whole Spices ( Cinnamon stick - 1 inch , Green Cardamom - 2 nos. _
9. Capsicum
10. Roasted Dry Fenugreek leaves - 1 tbsp
11. Fresh Cream - 50 gm ( or as required ) , instead of it you can use ( 8-10 ) soaked cashew nuts paste
12. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
13. Kasmiri redc chilli - 1 tsp
14. Garam masala - 1 tsp
15. Salt to taste
16. Oil
17. Butter - 1 tbsp or 1 cube
Chilli Gobi Recipe :
1. Cauliflower chunks - 2 cups
2. Onion - 1 ( med )
3. Capsicum - 1 ( med )
4. Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
5. Chopped green chilli - 1 no
6. Crushed ginger and garlic - 1 tsp
7. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
8. Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
9. Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
10. Soya sauce - 1/2 tbsp
11. Salt to taste
12. Oil to fry
13. Corn flour - 4 tbsp
14. All purpose flour ( maida ) - 2-3 tbsp
Raw Banana Vada ( Kancha Kadali Bara ) Recipe :
1. Raw Banana - 1½
2. Chopped Onion - 1 ( small )
3. Chopped green chilli - 1
4. Chopped coriander leaves
5. Crushed ginger
6. Roasted Peanut - 1 tbsp
7. Gram flour ( besan ) - 2 tbsp
8. Rice flour - 2 tbsp
9. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
10. Garam masala - 1 tsp
11. Salt to taste
12. Oil
Dry Fruits Custard Recipe :
1. Milk - 1 glass ( 300 ml approx. )
2. Dry fruits ( Cashew nuts, almond, cherry etc. )
3. Custard Powder - 1 tbsp
4. Sugar - 4 tbsp ( or as required )
