Ingredients :
1. Dal Fry Recipe :
1. Bengal Gram ( Chana Dal / Buta Dali ) - 1 small bowl
2. Water - 2 Bowl
3. Choped Onion - 1
4. Chopped Tomato - 1
5. Chopped Gralic cloves ( 4-5 )
6. Green Chilli - 1
7. Finely chopped Coriander leaves
8. Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
9. Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1/4 tbsp
10. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
11. Butter - 1/2 tbsp
12. Salt to taste
2. Aloo French Bean Stir Fry ( Alu Bean Bhaja ) :
1. Raw potato - 1 ( medium ) or 1 cup
2. French Bean - 1 cup
3. Onion - 1/2 ( optional )
4. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
5. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
7. Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1/4 tbsp
8. Salt to taste
9. Mustrad Oil ( must add or use any cooking oil )
3. Pointed Gourd Korma ( Potala Korma ) :
1. Pointed Gourd ( Parwal / Potala ) - 5 nos.
2. Onion - 1 ( big )
3. Tomato - 1 ( big )
4. Green chilli - 2 nos.
5. Ginger - 2 inch
6. Garlic cloves - ( 5-6 )
7. Whole Cashew nuts - ( 5-6 )
9. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
10. Dry Fenugreek leaves ( Kasuri Methi ) - 1 tsp
11. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
12. Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1/4 tbsp
13. Salt to taste
14 Oil / Butter
4. Mixed Dahi Salad :
1. Cucumber - 1/2 or 3 tbsp
2. Tomato - 1/2 or 2 tbsp
3. Onion - 1 ( small )
4. Chopped Green chilli - 1
5. Chopped coriander leaves
6. Black salt ( or use white salt ) , as per taste
7. Thick curd - 4 tbsp
5. Crispy Brinjal :
1. Soft Brinjal - 1
2. Rice flour - 2 tbsp
3. Crushed ( Ginger - 1 inch + Green chilli - 2 = 1 tbsp )
4. Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
5. Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tbsp ( Optional )
6. Salt to taste
7. Any cooking Oil to Fry .
6. Paneer Lollipop :
1. Paneer
2. Chopped Onion - 1 tbsp
3. Chopped Capsicum - 1 tbsp
4. Chopped Garlic cloves - ( 4-5 )
5. Crushed Ginger - 1 inch
6. Corn flour
7. Schezwan Sauce - 1 tbsp
8. Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
9. Soya Sauce - ( 3-4 drops )
10. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
11. Salt - A pinch ( or as per taste )
12. Oil to shallow fry
7. For Jeera Rice Reicpe :
1. Long Grain Rice ( Biryani / Pulao Rice ) 100gm
2. Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
3. Chopped fresh Coriander leaves
4. Clarified butter ( Ghee ) - 1/2 tbsp
5. Salt to taste
6. Butter - 1 tbsp + Oil - 1 tbsp
