The badam pisin nuts shake contains all varieties of nuts and dry fruits which are soaked in water and ground and served with badam pisin which is very healthy for this summer. That cools down your body heat. With the nuts we can able to consume high amount of energy and serves you best for summer.
Futher consistency can be adjusted by adding milk and can be flavoured with jaggery.
Ingredients:
1. Dates - 4 to 5
2. Almond - 5 to 6
3. Fig - 1
4. Pista - 6 to 7
5. Walnut - 2 to 3
6. Cashews - 6 to 7
7. Dry grapes - 15 to 20
8. Badam pisin - 3 to 4 (soaked overnight)
9. Milk - ½ to 1 cup (it can be adjusted according to consistency)
10. Jaggery (optional for sweetness)
