Om namo Narayana. Lot of publicity has been given by social media and people are rushing to Kanchi to dharsan Athivaradhar. I had been there on Tuesday (07/08/2019), but more than 4 lakh people were assembled, I would say more than 25,000 people would have returned without darshan including me. The arrangements are pathetic and pilgrims are suffering lot and lot of inconveniences. Kanchi was not prepared by the officials properly. Roads are very very bad. Auto you must pay Rs 50 per head but you will get loaded among 7 or 8 more people. for protecting the slippers you need to pay Rs 10, for bathing Rs 100, for using toilets Rs 20. Since the deity has been taken once in 40 years, lakhs and lakhs of senior citizens are travelling to see the god to have darshan at least once in their life. The difficulties undergone by them are countless. CM and other ministers and officials are telling utter lie. I would suggest, the collector of kanchi, senior police officials of Kanchi, the so called people representatives should visit the temple with their family once with out their guards and servants along with the crowed then only they will really understand the problems of the devotees. Not sitting in AC rooms and giving statements. I have seen in one hour there were more than 6 people walking along with me fainted. My suggestion is, to avoid such unpleasent event, twice a day Varadhar should be taken out with honour in a ratham and travel through the main street where now most of the crowd is standing, there by aged people can sit in one location and have Varadhar dharshan like how Alagar is travelling from Alagar koil to Vaigai. I would strongly say Varadhar should visit to see the people to give dharsan to them, then only this much crowed can be managed, otherwise very big disaster like big stampede may likely to happen due to the very big crowd.
